My Internet browser is missing. How can I fix this?

This can happen if you’ve upgraded your BlackBerry OS, or if you delete your service books. To fix the problem on your BlackBerry:
  1. Click on the Options icon and select Advanced Options from the menu.
  2. Select Host Routing Tables.
  3. Select Register Now.
